Camp Heritage is looking for summer camp staff who:
- Love Jesus and have a dynamic relationship with Him.
- Demonstrate the love of Jesus to those around them.
- Stay strong to the end, whether jobs are soft and cushy or tough and demanding.
- Reveal their heart for service.
- Cooperate as part of a team in ministry (team player.)
- Pursue excellence, day in and day out.
- May not be perfect, but want to be a part of something truly special.
- Like to make new friends.
- Enjoy learning new skills.
- Enjoy having fun and engage others in the excitement!
Start and End Dates:
Start Date: All staff will need to report to camp May 27, 2026. Some Administrative and Leadership positions will require an earlier arrival.
End Date: Our final day of camp for staff will be July 27, 2026.

Compensation
Salary: Your pay will vary, based on several factors. In 2024, our base salaries started at $1500 and went up to $2300, with various adjustments upward based on experience and leadership responsibilities. In addition to your salary, your housing and approximately 180 meals are also included!
Bring a Buddy Bonus: Refer a friend to our staff at Camp Heritage! If they accept an offer of employment and come work at camp for the summer, you’ll receive a recruiting bonus added to your salary and your buddy will receive a small store credit at our camp store. To qualify for the Bring a Buddy Bonus, make sure to have your Buddy mention your name on their application!
